Birth & Postpartum Services
Hiring a doula is like having a birth and postpartum companion by your side who get's it, and understands your choices and voice is your birth right- in fact its so powerful in the birthing space.
Once we're a team, I'll be there every step of the way to help you establish your birth preferences, provide reassurance, guidance, offering caring support from pregnancy through the first 6 weeks of postpartum,or longer if that's what you need.
Mothers Blessing
The Mother's Blessing ceremony honors, celebrates, and embraces your journey into motherhood. It's a ritual for preparation in a
meaningful way focuses solely on the mother, and parents to be. We'll unfold with positive intentions, centered interactive activities and meaningful words of encouragement with your close exclusive guest list.
The third trimester offers a great symbolic time to celebrate!
Caregiver Education
Being a safe sleep Ambassador and certified breastfeeding educator allows me to professionally teach caregivers and parents infant safe sleep skills and breastfeeding tips to ensure you are ready to care for your baby or grandchild . In addition the skills you'll learn will successfully help support you along the way.
