Breastfeeding Basics Workshop
This class is designed to give you the breastfeeding basics to ensure you get off to a good start with breastfeeding. Topics covered include latch and position, feeding cues, milk production, sustaining milk supply and the benefits of breastfeeding.
Infant Safe Sleep Workshop
Learn proper safe sleep skills to protect your baby. "Safe to sleep, every sleep reduces the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and other sleep-related causes of infant death. Utilization of visual simulation to promote safe sleep along with safe sleep education will be provided. This course is perfect for parents and those who will care for your baby.
