3-5 days after birth you'll receive a In-home visit to assist you with adjusting to motherhood.

Service Description

The 4th trimester is a time for bonding, nourishment, rest and healing. This follow-up will allow us to debrief your birth experience. We'll discuss ways to heal, nourish and comfort your new body and baby. in addition, I bring a warm comforting soup, and answer questions you have.
